At Parfum City, we attach great importance to quality and hygiene. Due to the nature of our products, strict return conditions apply.

Return Conditions

• Perfumes can only be returned if the original seal is intact and unopened.
• Products with a broken seal or opened packaging will not be accepted for return. This applies without exception.
• The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.
• You need a valid proof of purchase or order number.

Return Period

You can submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the above conditions are met.

How to return?

1. Contact us via info@parfumcity.nl with your order number.
2. You will receive return instructions from us.
3. Safely pack and return the product to our address.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return, you will receive your refund within 14 days via the original payment method.

Return Costs

Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
